Philmont Scout Ranch trip
In 1962, Troop 34 scouts Stephen Barry, Dennis Bruggman, Harry Englebright, Charles Holmes and Steven Staggs attended the Junior Leader Instructor Training program at the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. Transportation was provided by Harold “Doc” Staggs, and his son David was on the trip.
